Sports Massage Therapy
Assists in correcting problems and imbalances in the body's soft tissues that are specifically caused by repetitive and strenuous physical activities. Sports massage treatments are more specialised than other general massage techniques, the areas treated depend on the sports undertaken and aim of the treatment depends on where you are in your sporting calendar cycle (i.e. whether the treatment is pre event preparation, post event recovery or just general performance enhancing maintenance).

Deep Tissue Massage
Working deep in the layers of soft muscular and connective body tissue. This massage treatment uses targeted pressures and slow deep penetrative strokes to relieve chronic areas of tension and muscle pain. Dorn Therapy & Breuss
A gentle and very effective treatment for common back and joint pain. Developed 40 years ago, this painless therapy is a corrective structural treatment. Concluding with a 15 minute Breuss massage to safely stretch, nourish, allign and re-energise.

A very gentle and wonderfully relaxing Spinal Massage that safely stretches, nourishes, aligns and re-energises the spinal column.

Swedish Massage
The classic bodywork massage. Firmer than a beauty massage, swedish massage also works the soft tissues underneath the skin to provide a more complete treatment. Promoting relaxation, restoring suppleness and flexibility, stimulating circulation and encouraging tissue repair. Swedish massage is proven to promote health, well-being and relaxation.

Hot Stones / Bamboo
Like deep tissue massage Hot Stones and/or Hot Bamboo treatments provide a greater tension relieving response than a Swedish massage. Concentrating on deeper tissues the use of heat encourages muscles to relax and stretch more effectively than just normal deep tissue therapy. This provides a deeper and more relaxing experience.

Pregnancy Massage

Detox Massage Therapy
Designed to maximise the removals of toxins from your soft tissues while providing an experience of full relaxation. Dry skin brushing initially exfoliates whilst encouraging your circulation, then gentle massage stimulates your lymphatic system and maximises the elimination of built up toxins.

Hopi Ear Candling
Promoting relaxation, this ancient aid to various ear and sinus conditions can alleviate headaches, remove the build up of ear wax, decrease your risk of ear infections and reduce ear and sinus pressure. The treatment concludes with a relaxing shoulder and neck massage.

Table Thai Massage
A combination of acupressure with deep yoga-type stretches. It takes place on a comfortable massage couch and is a uniquely relaxing, yet energising treatment. Ideal for those who want to increase their flexibility or to gain relief from chronic pain. You remain fully clothed throughout.

Indian Head Massage
Specifically focusing on the head, scalp. face, neck, shoulders and upper back, this treatment can be tailored to be purely relaxing or fabulously energising. Working on the upper body it's perfect for relieving stress headaches and tension in the neck and shoulders. A 45 minute session includes an optional hair oil treatment to improve hair condition.

Reflexology
Reflexology can help to relieve anxiety and tension encourage relaxation, improve mood and aid sleep though some people use it to help them cope with more specific health challenges. Reflexology is based on the principle that reflex points on the soles, tops, and sides or the feet correspond to different areas of the body. In this way, the feet can be seen as a 'map' of the body. By applying specialised massage techniques to specific reflex points - using the thumbs, fingers and knuckles - the aim of a reflexology treatment is to help restore balance to your body naturally, and improve your general well-being.

Aromatherapy
Aiming to to treat your whole being be helping to restore the harmony of mind, body and spirit. Aromatherapy works with the pure properties of plants, using their essential oils in a natural complementary therapy proven to improve both physical and emotional wellbeing. The Aromatherapy massage is a beautifully gentle restorative experience. Aromatherapy oils can also be used with any massage we offer and Aromatherapy Remedies are available separately, consultation is required.
